Equal Comparisons, Unequal Comparisons, Double Comparatives, And Superlative.




1.      Equal Comparisons : Imply that two or more entities are equal in a way.
Example :
-          Rapunzel is as tall as Merida.
-          Mulan sings as well as Rapunzel.
-          Merida acts not as graceful as Mulan.

2.   Unequal Comparisons : Imply that two or more entities are comparable to a greater or lesser degree.
Example :
-          Mulan is older than Merida.
-          Rapunzel is more popular than Mulan.
-          Merida is not more intelligent than Rapunzel.

3.     Double Comparatives : are phrases commonly used in English to express increasing or decreasing returns.
Example :
-          The more frequently Mulan study, the smarter she will be.
-          The faster Merida runs, the more tired she feels.
-          The more Rapunzel’s hair grown, the prettier she became.

4.      Superlatives : to say what thing or person has the most of a particular quality within a group or of its kind.
Example :
-          Merida is the bravest of them all.
-          Rapunzel behaves the most cheerfully of all.
-          Mulan is not the most careless in the group.
